Warde Manuel, Michigan’s athletic director, issued a statement stating that he had called McIntosh to apologize and that Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman had reached out to Rebecca Blank “to apologise for the completely unacceptable behavior.”
Johnny Davis scored 25 points to Wisconsin (21-5 and 12-4). Wisconsin outscored Michigan 42-4 in the final 18 minutes.

INDIANAPOLIS, (AP) — Jared Bynum had 38 seconds to go in overtime and made two free throws. This capitulated Providence’s 19-point lead.
The Friars (22-24, 12-2 Big East) came back from being down 43-24 in the first half. They were still seven points behind with two minutes remaining in regulation.
Providence finished at the top of the conference standings with 22 points from Nate Watson and 15 rebounds from Noah Horchler.
Chuck Harris scored 17 points, while Aaron Thompson had 16 for Butler (13-15 and 6-11), which has now lost three straight.
