– What ate you for lunch today?
– I got four flat with, among other things fiskefrikadelle and a dyrelægens late-night snack. I eat mostly rye bread for lunch, because my body will have no fuel when I go out in all kinds of weather.

– How often are you thinking about health in our daily lives?
– I think a part of it, but without being a fanatic. My body is my livelihood – and like to stay many years yet. I take, therefore, also a day at the office occasionally.

– What do you do to live healthier?
– For me health other than to get your heart rate up, I get to work. I need to disconnect the head from, so I go very many long walks in nature. It gives me peace in the body, and so it’s good exercise. In addition vinterbader I a few times a week to get the blood circulation in the fingers.

– How can your daily life be healthier?
– My søvnniveau can clearly be better, for it affects both mood and morals, when I get a good night sleep for a bit. It requires that I be better to go to bed earlier and get into a rhythm – but it can be difficult with children in the house and more on the way, says Andreas Haarup Lassen.

– What ate you for lunch today?
– today we were at the Ribhouse and get a warm meal. I got an old-fashioned hamburger with potatoes and brown gravy. It was 100 years ago, I last had one, so it seemed I should be. You may also be a little good by itself.

– How often are you thinking about health in our daily lives?
– I think I actually quite a lot of in it daily. It is much easier to be healthier now than in the past, where there weren’t so many healthy alternatives that you could buy when you were on the move. Before I drove frequently past the gas station after lunch, but today I purchase mostly pre-made salads in the Net.

– What do you do to live healthier? the
– I go up in to keep me in shape also to keep to my work. Therefore, I go to spinning twice a week, once at weekends and once during the week, and within training strength coach I am.

– How can your daily life be healthier?
– It can my wife probably answer better than I. It is she who makes sure that there will be plenty of vegetables on the table at home, ” says Brian Gruber.

– What ate you for lunch today?
– I’ve got two slices of rye bread, one with shrimp and one with sausage. It is very typical of what I usually eat for lunch on a working day, partly because I like rye bread, and partly because it saturates.

– How often are you thinking about health in our daily lives?
– For me is health to have some healthy habits in the everyday and to choose the healthy over the unhealthy. Therefore, I am also thinking of that I should not fill me with candy and chocolate in the course of the day.

– What do you do to live healthier? the
– I play tennis in the summer and when the weather allows it. Unfortunately we do not have any indoor tennis courts in the municipality, so it limits it. In the winter I am on skis, or bikes, and I run a little and go hunting occasionally.

– How can your daily life be healthier? the
In relation to diet, sometimes it is difficult to get the great variety of vegetables. The supermarkets caters more for families than singles, so it can be hard to get eaten all up. However, when it is said, I eat any time after the seasonal vegetables, says Johannes Poulsen.
