This initiative is already solidified after two previous editions and is aimed at recent graduates or students of STEM (science technology engineering and mathematics), Architecture, or Building Engineering and has a clear vocation to the industrial sector.
Cosentino is committed to professional promotion of versatile profiles with great potential. This career acceleration program offers remuneration starting on the first day and access to an indefinite contract. The positions that are selected include: Continuous Improvement Technician, Shift Manager, Project Engineer; R&D researcher, Production Engineer; Process optimization Engineer; Industrial Maintenance Engineer; and Customer Quality Technician.
The application requires that you have a completed degree and less than two years experience. You also need to be able to provide flexible hours, English proficiency, an immediate availability for incorporation, and a good level. The Ingenia Program is held entirely at the Cosentino Industrial Park, Cantoria (Almeria), and lasts twelve months. The registration period begins today, March 14, and ends May 13, 2022. Applications can be formalized in the Ingenia Registry Program.
Members will be challenged by projects that have a significant impact on the company. They will also learn through rotations in different departments. This is all accompanied by a comprehensive training program that includes Lean Manufacturing certifications, technical training in production methods, and the development of communication skills and leadership. The Ingenia Program, which is now a key project to develop future leaders and specialists, will be consolidated with this new call. This program will help the company achieve its global goals based on talent promotion.
