Friday Niklas Bendtner once again move around in the world as a free man.
After serving his sentence of 50 days of unconditional prison with fodlænke at home in Copenhagen, the tour goes back to his Norwegian club, Rosenborg, where a new season, and, not least, a new coach, Eirik Horneland, waiting.
In an interview with the Norwegian VG tells Horneland, to the dane’s stardom is not going to give him some advantages in the Norwegian team.
– We are a collective, and must have a collective mindset. Our mindset will always be, to have a squad that works hard together, he says.
at the same time tells the Norwegian coach, that he did not expect to use Bendtner on the edge, as both Arsene Wenger in the Arsenal, and the former Rosenborg coach Kare Ingebrigtsen did in periods.
– It is not there, he is the best.
– We have a good competition in the squad, with Erik Botheim, Nicklas Bendtner and Alexander Søderlund. In the starting they are all tip-attackers, and I would avoid any that use them on other places, says Eirik Horneland.

Although Bendtner missed a part of pre-season in Rosenborg, he is in good physical shape ahead of his return to it covers. During his sentence in Denmark, he trained six days a week at Protreatment in Dragør, with physiotherapist Thomas Jorgensen, who also has Kevin Magnussen and Simon Kjær on the client list
And even though he has not yet trained with teammates in Rosenborg, so says Eirik Horneland, that Niklas Bendtner welcomes and is ready to take up the fight in Rosenborg.
