After the appeal by the opponents to the zoning plan repealed the Nacka district court, land and environment court, the plan is for the Nobel Center as determined by the city of Stockholm. Land and court judgment was appealed in turn by the city of Stockholm to the Land – and environmental court of appeal.
When the green & blue handlebar took over power in the city of Stockholm, they decided to withdraw the appeal. Land – and environmental court of appeal has therefore terminated the proceedings from the further processing. It means that the land – and the court’s judgment where the detailed development plan repeals the stand and case. Land and miljööverdomstolens decision to close the case can not be appealed.
