Musikerparret Beyoncé and Jay-Z were on Wednesday night awarded with a Brit Award for best international group, but even though it was them that was to be celebrated, they chose to use their acceptance speech to pay tribute to the british duchess Meghan.
the Couple could not even be present at the awards ceremony in London, so therefore they had recorded an acceptance speech on video. In the stand in front of a portrait of the duchess, where she is painted as the Mona Lisa.

Thank you to the Brits for the award for Best International Group. I won this award back in 2002 with my besties, Kelly and Michelle. It is not the first time that Beyoncé has won a Brit Award for best international group. She won the several years ago with Destiny’s Child, and it mentions she is then also in its lookup.
