From April, the first 200 people seeking protection from Ukraine should move into the accommodation. Gradually, up to 900 people are to move into the former Postbank headquarters. If necessary, up to 1560 places could be created.

The six-storey building is currently being completely renovated. In the former canteen, for example, food is to be supplied by a catering company. In addition, sanitary facilities are set up with containers.
