war has broken out on social media between Ireland and the united kingdom – or, rather, between RyanAir and British Airways (BA).

It happens, after a British Airways flight from London to Düsseldorf on Monday by mistake flew to Edingburgh in Scotland instead.

According to the airline, had the pilot been given the wrong flight plan, and the passengers were completely unaware of the error until the arrival to Edinburgh was announced over the loudspeakers at the runway.

in Order to stick it to the british airline RyanAir has sent a proper slaps to them on Twitter.

‘Hey @British Airways, we have a gift for you,’ wrote to RyanAir along with a picture of the book by the name of ‘Geography for Dummies’ (geography for idiots, red.)

British Airways had not, however, intend to lay down flat after that comment.

In a response to tweetet write BA; ‘Well, well. No one is perfect,’ to which RyanAir again gives; Absolutely correct! Although we would not take the errors of the Edinburgh and Germany.’

More Twitter-users went with in the fight.

Here was beaten to the repeated criticism of Ryanair’s treatment of its customers.

the User Mr JB writes: ‘And here is one for you @RyanAir.’

while he has added a picture of a book by the name of ‘Customer Service for Dummies’ (customer service for idiots, red.).

Julie El-Taher gives back with the comment on the advert; ‘Get yourselves a room. And a map.’

another user had, however, found out that Ryanair’s comment was something dobbeltmoralskt.

‘May I remind @RyanAir on their flight FR8582 from London to Thessaloniki, Grækkenland, who landed in Timisoara, Romania (800 miles and two borders away from its actual destination). Perhaps you should read ‘Geography for Dummies’ first.’
