Travel Ryanair is by the travelers in Great Britain for the sixth year in a row voted worst airline. This is evident from the annual survey of Which Travel. Passengers give the lagekostenluchtvaartmaatschappij the lowest score for boarding, seating comfort, cabineomgeving and food and drink.

Ryanair received a score of 40 percent and makes it a lot worse than other korteafstandsmaatschappijen such as Thomas Cook Airlines (52 percent) and Wizz Air (54 percent).

Travelers show themselves especially unhappy about cancelled flights, the ever-changing bagagevoorschriften and the decline in punctuality.

Thousands of survey participants indicate that they “never with Ryanair want to fly, even though the society is cheaper than the competition”.
