Blankenberge In Blankenberge Tuesday morning seven nonnetjes evacuated from the monastery after a fire was caused in one of the rooms. The emergency services rushed to the spot and had the situation quickly under control. One nun was taken to the hospital for control.
The fire began just after 6 hours in the back of the Karmelklooster on the Koning Albert I-laan. According to the initial findings caused an electrical fire on the ground floor the fire.
