Mercedes-Benz A-Class has never really been on a par with its larger siblings. There have the materials and the technical solutions have been too skinny. But now Mercedes seems to have understood that their smallest model should be just as accomplished as the larger.
It is obvious that a car in the Golf class not quite keep the same technical level as an E-Class, but after a week in the company of the smallest A-Class, there is no doubt that the model now feels like a Mercedes-Benz.
the Design is an extension of the previous generations, but the collections and the details are genuine Mercedes. The doors opens and closes with just the right gravitas, and the sound follows. You sit down in the A-Class, and in the cabin is this test release piftet well up with the sports seats with red stitching and the AMG package.

a Little narrow in the performance
On paper, the car is plenty fast, but the A200 deserves an engine with more torque. It will give the automatic transmission something to work with, for the combination is not as successful as expected.

The new Mercedes-Benz A-Class looks amazing good, runs well and is built better than any other A-Class in the past. The car is however, still not among the most spacious in its class.
