A drabsdømt man is accused of having killed and partially dismembered another drabsdømt man, with whom he shared the cell with in prison in California in the UNITED states.

But deputy Phil Esbenshade, writes in an email that “we believe that the victim was conscious at least part of the time”.
Esbenshade adds, that it is the most “cruel” drabssag he has seen. Among other things, the victim got his head cut off.
the 31-year-old Jaime Osuna refused guilty of manslaughter and other charges, including torture, at the first court hearing Thursday in Los Angeles.
