1. Get a digital mailbox
First on the list is the digital mailbox. Instead of getting the bunch of paper from the Tax authorities, or other authorities, you will receive the declaration electronically. For users to feel secure you log in with e-id, such as bank id. During the last year declared the 6.1 million people digitally. In comparison with the year before, there was an increase of around 325.000 people.
But the digital mailbox is also a shortcut to a faster declaration. Among other things, you will get a notice if you are going to get the money back or pay the back taxes in years. A previous notice in turn means more time to check that the details are correct.

2. Declare digital without any changes
Between march 19 and the second april, you should submit the declaration. The second of april is the last day to approve the declaration digitally if you want to get the tax refund already for easter – but it is strict prohibition to make any additions or changes if you want to get tax refund in april.
If you make changes you’ll have to wait until the beginning of June on your tax refund so that the Tax can do their checks.
An example of additions or changes if you have sold shares or other securities, and shall submit annex K4. Declaration of hobbyinkomst or the request of the reseavdrag are two other examples of changes you must make before april. In the app and e-service, you can approve the declaration and by 19 march, regardless of whether you have received your declaration form or not.
3. The tax refund is paid
When will the tax refund 2019? For those of you that get slutskattebesked in april paid taxes out in week 15, in other words, between 9 april and 12 april. But dates applies as I said to you that did not make any changes in the declaration in the beginning of april.
