“the Army’s goal for 2020 is to have two large units – brigades – about 4 500 soldiers in, among other things, tanks and other combat vehicles, but the goal will not be achieved, reports the SVT news. In an interview with SVT says the army chief Karl Engelbrektson that more time is needed.”
