Now he is forced to step down, reports TMZ.

It was in January of last year as the John W. Hallet, judge in Le Ray, New York, and a lawyer discussed a film festival that would be organized into ”Lord of the rings”-skådisens Viggo Mortensen glory, writes TMZ.
the Conversation progressed, however, and Hallet should have expressed himself homophobic. He will, among other things, to have told the lawyer that he and Viggo Mortensen could take in at a hotel where the lawyer and the actor could perform oral sex on each other.

After an official complaint entered against Hallet began an investigation, which is now resulted in to the judge chooses to resign.
According to TMZ John W. Hallet, which ends at the end of the year, also agreed on the requirement to never seek or accept a permanent position as a judge again.
