the municipality chooses to allow you to deposit, in spite of the high rents, are free, but in fact, they may well refuse a boligindskudslån, if they consider that the rent is too high. That they have ignored in your case.

Municipality notify you of your option to seek and obtain section 34-support, when you are applying for a boligindskudslån. If they have not done it – and they must be able to demonstrate it – you can seek aid with retroactive effect. You must do this in writing.
You must remember to send it as a application, where you will receive a written response, which you can appeal, if they give you a refusal.
the Municipality is by law entitled to give you a refusal, if they deem that you already have a suitable home, which they evidently have done in your case. However, you must also bear in mind here that you need to have a refusal in writing, you can complain about.
to apply for section 34 – and do it in writing! You can with the support to be guaranteed about 2000 dollars extra a month, which will save your situation.
