The U.S. Senate has voted against the US President, Donald Trump declared a state of emergency on the border. By the end of February, the democratic-run house of representatives had voted against the regulation. Through the emergency Trump had the necessary financial resources for the planned border wall. He can appeal against the vote of both chambers, a Veto.
