The 27-year-old british Cherelle Brown got a few days ago conviction for having thrown a bottle directly in the face of the craftsman Sam Litherland in connection with a visit to a nightclub in the English city of Blackburn. The tradesman got smashed his one eye and had to subsequently be treated with plastic surgery.

Cherelle Brown, who is the mother of three small children, was sentenced to two years probation and community service for 150 hours. The 27-year-old woman escaped, however, to physically having to sit in prison in connection with his voldsdom. It was, among other things, the court’s taking into account that she is the mother of three small children.

Cherelle Brown was so relieved and happy for the relatively mild verdict, that she subsequently took a selfie of himself on the stairs outside in front of the court Preston Crown Court, which she put out on social media. To the image wrote Cherelle Brown the following:

‘A door is closed, while another door opens! I’m the luckiest little bitch ever. Once again, my children saved me from myself’.

the Craftsman Sam Litherland put a picture of Cherelle Brown’s selfie out on his own facebook, where he simply wrote: ‘here tells just everything’.

Sam Litherhand sustained among other things, an 8 millimeter long gash in his lower left eyelid, but avoided luckily to be blind, as he had thrown the bottle in the head.

In court it emerged that there has been bad blood between Cherelle Brown and the craftsman Sam Litherhand, because Cherelle had at one time had a relationship with one of his colleagues.

The violent incident took place 27. may of last year.

Cherelle Brown in the first place, met the tradesman at the nightclub, she threw a drink over him. When she again met him, she threw a bottle directly at his face. This incident was captured by a surveillance camera in the nightclub.

In court came in the way forward, the 27-year-old Charelle Brown already has a number of convictions for assaults and thefts.

Judge Andrew Woolman said the following to Cherelle Brown:

’the Reason you have been given a suspended prison sentence instead of an unconditional because it was a reckless deed than a conscious act. You have expressed both remorse and regret and has declared you guilty’, explained the judge Woolman.
