tagesschau.de: What are the legal bases there are in Germany, in order to oblige people to a vaccination against measles?
Michael Bender : For an arrangement of the vaccination, there is a legal basis, which is in principle constitutionally in order. Whether this legal basis is to be enabled for measles, must be medically evaluated and can only be on a professional basis evaluated.
The legal basis for compulsory vaccination in Germany is in the Federal law: the infection protection act (IfSG).
