Ardooie Yannick Uyttenhove, better known by his stage name Maximus, has just launched the music video launched for the song ‘Ardooie’, in which he made love to his hometown of wilson.
Yannick launched in november of the single ‘Ardooie’, in which he reveals that Laura Lynn not only his neighbor but also his first girlfriend. “It is incredible how the number is his own life. I have had huge demand for a corresponding clip, so I had to be here at last.”
After more than seventy hours to assemble, the clip is finally ready. This did Yannick a call to all Ardooienaren to a short piece of themselves to filming. “The result was unexpected. We had more than 850 films within,” says Yannick. “The films came from all over the world: Australia, America, Canada, Egypt, India, Poland, Greece, Slovakia, Italy, Thailand…”

And yes, in addition to local celebrities like mayor Karlos Callens and his son Pieter diving, there are also a number of celebrities, including Laura Lynn, in. “But also Flip Kowlier, Mark Degryse and Dirk Demol have a video submitted. It is the max. I had really hoped for”, admits Yannick. “But it was not always evident. Some BV’s worked rather not, on the other we had to wait a while. But what matters is the end result. This is what we wanted: a serving of nostalgia, combined with a dose of humor and a touch of emotion.”
