Antwerp, A team of a Dutch company on the Scheldt river in Antwerp last night turned out to be a disaster. Two Zodiacbootjes hit something after 18 hours against each other at the height of the Stone. Eighteen of the twenty crew were light to heavy injuries. “If the Bus does not happen in the near run, it was much worse last”, sounds at the Fire brigade Zone Antwerp.

A Dutch company had Friday team-building activities on the program including an excursion on the river Scheldt. Spread over two speedbootjes were about twenty people. Shortly after 18 hours, it went wrong. “For a still unclear reason, the two boats against each other of dangers, and the twenty sailors in the water,” says Kristof Geens of the Fire brigade Zone Antwerp. “We were like fire pretty quickly on the spot, but especially the first care of the Bus should be underlined. That was in the area and has an immediate response and the first the drowning out of the water.”
