On the beach of Westende-Bad is currently a young seal resting. That makes for a lot of observing eyes. Bystanders called to Sealife to report the stranded seal.
From pictures that bystanders sent, it appears to be a young seal. That is evident in the attitude in which the seal is located. There is a demand for at least 15 yards away to keep the animal, do not touch. The animal will swim away with the rising tide.
