According to SVT, it is the principal owner Ekhaga Development AB, which accused Pär Nuder for inappropriate behavior, and demanded that he should resign. Göran Grosskopf, member of the board of the Ekhaga Development, states that a majority of the board of directors in Skistar is behind the requirement.

“I have informed Peter that we have received many statements about this behavior and it allows the main owner no longer has the confidence of which I informed him on Monday,” he says to SVT.

The listed company Skistar owns and operates ski resorts. According to Grosskopf shall Pär Nuder have behaved inappropriately at the official context during the world ski CHAMPIONSHIPS in Åre. It is not clear what Nuder claimed to have done.

In an email to DN he writes: ”There is no substance in this. Someone has planted malicious rumors to in the act and sentence hurt me and make me impossible as the chairman of the board of Skistar”.

He believes that the background is a power struggle in the Paulsson family, which owns the Ekhaga Development and that, in turn, is a majority shareholder in Skistar. According to Pär Nuder, there has been a several-year-long power struggle between the family of the ”two branches”, of which the Nuder is closer to one, while the others want to see him replaced.

”The thing that amazes me is the methods they use to achieve this”, he writes to DN.

a press release writes that Pär Nuder will leave the board of directors.

”Skistar’s chairman of the board Pär Nuder has announced the board of directors and the nominating committee, on his own initiative and departs from the Skistar’s board of directors with immediate effect. This information is information which SkiStar AB is obliged to publish under the EU marknadsmissbruksförordning,” it says in the press release.

Anders Örnulf, representing the company in the matter, says to DN that they currently do not have any more information than what they write in the press release.

“I trust that we will get more information of the board of directors in the coming days and as soon as we have received it we will be able to say more,” he says.

Later in the evening sent the Skistar out a new press release announces that the board member Eivor Andersson has been appointed chairman of the board for the period until the next annual general meeting.

, Linda Morell, says that the company does not have any ”information or statements” about the inappropriate behavior and therefore can not comment on the case. She refers instead to the board.

To DI says Pär Nuder that he has not received any information about what he is alleged to have done.
