Offered by Lidl Add two tasty things together and you get a delicious creation that is the sum of transcends both. And so it is with this chocoladebuns, inspired by chocoladekoeken and cinnamon rolls, but twice as yummy. What do you need? (for 6 persons)

For the dough:
250 ml milk
7 gr of dry yeast
100 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
100 gr butter, at room temperature
550 gr flour

For the filling:
100 gr of butter
70 gr sugar
200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped

this is how you make it:

1. Sieve the flour and add the dry yeast to it.
2. Mix the sugar with the salt, the egg, the butter and add the flour mixture.
3. Pour, while stirring the milk.
4. Once all the flour is incorporated, begin using your hands to knead. Knead about 5 minutes until you have a sticky and smooth dough is achieved. If the dough is too moist, add some flour
5. Place the dough ball in a bowl, cover with a clean and slightly damp towel and let in a warm place, 1 hour to rise.
6. Mix for the filling, the butter with the sugar.
7. Sprinkle a clean work surface generously with flour. Roll the dough using a rolling pin into a large rectangle about 50 to 35 cm. Brush the dough with the filling and sprinkle with the chocolate. Roll it gently but tightly to you. Cut the thick sausage into pieces of about 4 cm.
8. Butter a round or square baking pan and arrange the dough in it. Make sure they do not touch each other so they still have some space to rise.
9. Put the pan covered with foil for 2 hours in a warm place or overnight in the refrigerator.
10. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the buns 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Cover the baking tin after 20 minutes with foil if the top is too fast to tan.
