In the Antwerp district of Deurne on Sunday morning in the early hours of a 23-year-old man to life in a fall with a speed pedelec – an electric bike up to 45 km/h can drive – on the Joseph Verbovenlei. That says the local police.
The victim drove without a helmet at high speed, lost to an unknown cause control of his bike and came a heavy fall. There would be no other vehicles involved in the accident.
