“It has been two years now that I have heard, in the music world, testimonies of women who have suffered inappropriate and unwanted acts from Antoine Lomepal.” On her Instagram account, journalist Jenna Boulmedais, editor-in-chief of the independent media Jolie Môme, accuses the star rapper of facts that could be considered sexual assault.

Posted on Thursday, his post has already received nearly 85,000 likes and been shared numerous times on Twitter.

“I repeat: THE WHOLE MUSIC INDUSTRY IS AWARE”, writes the young woman, ulcerated. In response, the French Music Federation filed a complaint for defamation against the journalist. “In order to put an end to these behaviors which seem to aim to increase its number of followers, the French Music Federation has decided to take appropriate legal measures by filing a complaint with the public prosecutor of Nanterre”, writes the institution in a press release posted on its Instagram account. The rapper did not speak.

In the same message, the journalist also denounces the actions of two other men whose accusations of assault and rape have already been relayed by the press. “In the world of cinema, I name Nicolas Bedos and Gérard Depardieu as unpunished aggressors since my BIRTH.”

This message comes at a time when accusations of sexual violence are multiplying against Gérard Depardieu. At present, about fifteen women have accused the star actor of sexual violence ranging from assault to rape to attempted rape. Nicolas Bedos is also in the sights of justice after a young woman filed a complaint against him for sexual assault. Following this first complaint, four women testified and accused the director of similar facts in the columns of Médiapart.
