This is one of the biggest surprises of the Californian festival. From their sofa or in the audience, spectators heard Zendaya’s voice resound on the title I’m Tired who joined the British musician Labrinth on stage on Saturday evening during the last weekend of Coachella. Together they then performed All for Us, a piece from the soundtrack of the hit series Euphoria, the HBO series worn by the 26-year-old actress.

By inviting him to his performance at Coachella, Labrinth offered him his first stage in eight years. “Words cannot express the gratitude I feel after this magical evening,” the actress said in an Instagram Story posted after the show. “Thanks to my brother Labrinth for inviting me […] Thank you for the love you gave me tonight, you took all my stage fright away.”

Actress since adolescence, Zendaya was revealed by the Shake It Up series broadcast on Disney Channel. In 2013, she released an album and went on tour in 2015. Since then she had not been back on stage, preferring to focus on her acting career.

The British singer performed two weekends in a row during Coachella which wrapped up yesterday. Generous with his fans, he invited other big names. Sia and Chandelier music video dancer Maddie Ziegler came to perform Thunderclouds alongside Labrinth. During his first weekend at the Californian festival, it was Billie Eilish who accompanied him to play a piece.
