Movie Elsie Fisher (15) plays in the new film ‘Eighth Grade’ a shy teenage girl of 13 years that her last year in primary school, trying to survive for them to the secondary. The film is overloaded with positive criticism and is very recognizable for some young people.
In America is the education something else in each other, making the character of Fisher for 13 instead of 12. But also in Flanders closes the story nicely to the reality. The lessons about ‘being yourself’ and ‘fears overcome’ also have our young people learned the hard way. They will tell you also at the premiere of ‘Eighth Grade’ in Antwerp.
