‘Harry Potter’s’ mom, the author, J. K. Rowling, has in recent days been in a massive tailspin after an opinion on Twitter, which by many is considered to be transfobisk.

Now respond to several of the stars from the film adaptation of the popular book series of criticisms of the opinion.

One of them is the 30-year-old actress Emma Watson, who played Hermione Granger in all eight ‘Harry Potter’movies.

‘Transgender people are who they say they are, and they deserve to live their lives without constantly being exposed to the questions or told that they are not who they say they are’, she writes on Twitter.

It all began when J. K. Rowling on Twitter shared an article where the title was referring to ‘people who menstruate’. The author’s comment was:

‘I’m sure that there used to be a word for these people. Help me, somebody’, while she fished for the word ‘women’.

Daniel Radcliffe, who played the role as Harry Potter, has taken the leaf from the mouth of the character creator.

‘I’m so sorry about the pain, the comments have left behind. I really hope not to lose what was valuable in the stories for you’, he writes in a blog post for the LGBTQ-organization ‘The Trevor Project’.

J. K. Rowling has even responded to the massive criticism, her lookups has brought about, by revealing that she has been the victim of sexual abuse.

‘I mention this now, not in an attempt to get sympathy, but out of solidarity with the large number of women who have the same history as me, and who have been called intolerant because they have concerns about the space reserved for one sex’, she writes, according to The Guardian.

Here are their responses

Eddie Redmayne

‘Respect for transgender people is, and remains, a cultural imperative, and over the years I have tried constantly to educate myself’, says the star of the ‘Fantastic Beasts’, according to US Weekly.

‘It is a continuous process. As someone who has worked with both J. K. Rowling and the people from transmiljøet, I would like to make it absolutely clear where I stand. I disagree with Jo’s comments. Transkvinder are women, transmænd are men, and nonbinære identities are valid. I’m not trying to speak on behalf of the environment, but I know that my dear transgender friends and colleagues are tired of the constant questions to their identities, which all too often results in violence and abuse. They just want to live their lives in peace, and it is time to let them do it’, says the 38-year-old actor.

Emma Watson

‘Transgender people are who they say they are, and they deserve to live their lives without constantly being exposed to the questions or told that they are not who they say they are’.

‘My transgender followers should know that I and many other people around the world sees you, respects you, and loves you for who you are. I donate to the @Mermaids_Gender and @mamacash. If you can, you might want to do the same. Merry #PRIDE2020. Loving greetings’, she writes on Twitter.

Evanna Lynch and Bonnie Wright

the Actress Evanna Lynch, who played cho Chang in ‘Harry Potter’films, has written on Twitter that she is ‘so sorry to see how transgender people feel left in the lurch by the HP-environment’.

The 28-year-old actor continues:

‘I think it is irresponsible to discuss such a topic over Twitter through brudstikker of thoughts, and I wish The would let be. When it is said, I can as a friend and admirer of The not forget what a generous and loving person she is’.

Also, Bonnie Wright, who played Ginny Weasley, has backed up the criticism.

‘If Harry Potter gave you the feeling of love and of belonging, so is the love of the infinite, and you can take it without condemnation, and questions. Transkvinder are women. I see you and loves you’, writes the 29-year-old actor on Twitter.

Daniel Radcliffe

‘Though of Course without doubt is responsible for the direction my life has taken, I am as one who works with and has contributed to The Trevor Project over the past decade, and just as a human being, have to say something now. Transkvinder are women. All who claim the opposite, removes transgender persons identity and dignity and goes against all advice given by professional health organisations, who know far more about the area than both Jo and me’, has the Harry Potter actor pronounced in a blog post for the LGBTQ organization The Trevor Project.
