Showbiz, ‘The Voice 2017’-finalist Bert Lievens sings not only in his free time. The rocker from Tongerlo brews its own beer: Jack The Rippar. “I’m already a few years busy with brewing beer”, says the former poulain of Natalia.
“First I did that just with the recipes of the brouwclub where I bijzat, but recently I have a recipe figured out. Jack The Rippar, an IPA beer, the result is. I’m still not completely satisfied with the head, there is room for improvement. The beer is now about two weeks on the market, and the sale runs good. In the long term I want to also have other homemade recipes brewing, with references to well-known serial killers.”
