TV Liam Cunningham (57), we know better as Sir Davos from ‘Game of Thrones’. The popular character made himself on the set, however, is notorious: “Yes”, he confesses in an interview with this newspaper. “I was the biggest thief of them all. No one succeeded in stealing something, and I have loads of full.”
“They have me on the last day of the recordings, gotten hold, with a truck”, quips he. “And they wanted me not by the gate. I was too self-confident become, surely? (laughs) No, but seriously, I have a lot of props included”, confesses the man without much expression of regret. “What I’ve really not taken?”
A list of his most cherished conquests: “I have a pair of gloves that came with my costume, heard of it, but I can already no longer be found in the house. In addition, I have a piece of obsidian. And about that, I must say, when they are not wanted, that I took, they had it less easy to make. It lay there on the floor, I could pick it up!”
“I also have money from the bank of Bravos. That are real metal coins. No cardboard that is sprayed, or something, as sometimes happens on other sets. The are two types of metal, fused together and printed. I gave one to my son and told him that he his education there at the university but had to pay. (laughs) Sell on eBay is the message.”
Cunningham also has two souvenirs of the most hartbrekende scene that he participated in: the burning of the young girl, Shireen. “The wooden deer that my character made for Shireen, I’ve stolen… even the burned version of it, because Shireen that deer have had on the stake.”
