“Judgment on aiding and abetting to Östbergamord appeal”
“A 35-year-old man was sentenced yesterday to 12 years in prison for being an accessory to murder and three counts of aiding and abetting an attempted murder after a dödsskjutning in Östberga in Stockholm in August last year. Through his lawyer announces the 35-year-old now that he will appeal the district court’s judgment.”
“– Actually it is not more difficult than the lack of evidence, says lawyer Slobodan Jovicic.”
“In the judgment notes the district court that the prosecutor has failed to prove that the 35-year-old was on site at the time of the murder, or that he had nothing to do with the actual shooting to do. However, it is considered proven that he has dealt with the car that the shooter used and that he after the deed has tried to ignite the car.”
” If you can’t abstracting that he has used the weapon, how can you then abstracting that he has dealt with the car for this purpose? says Jovicic.”
“TT: How does he explain that his dna is in the car?”
“– He says, in the way that he lives today, so it may he impossible to respond to it.”
