Celebrities Once they were the best of friends, and they called each other ‘brothers’. But between rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West ran it a long time ago spoke with a new incident. The last stitch in the row? Kanye West Roc-A-Fella Records, the record label where Jay-Z owns, a process flavour.

On January 25, started Kanye West filed a lawsuit against his former record label Roc-A-Fella Records in connection with delinquent payments. Roc-A-Fella Records was once owned by rapper Jay-Z, but sold his shares in 2004. Reportedly wants West make it clear that the lawsuit has nothing to do with Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, but given their history seems to be the fact also not at all loose.

The two rappers met each other in the beginning of the years 2000 know at Roc-A-Fella Records. Kanye had a contract as the producer of Jay-Z, but asked to serve also as a rapper in the battle to be allowed to go. Jay-Z and his partner Damon Dash, doubted, mainly because of Kanye’s background is not the same as that of them. As Jay-Z said: “We were all boys of the street, who did what was necessary to survive. And then there was Kanye, who to my knowledge still no day of his life gehustled has. I saw just how it would work.” But West was still very persuasive, and if in 2004 yet his first solo-album: ‘The College Dropout’. The album proved successful, and Kanye’s hiphopcarrière was launched.

Cooperation

Big boss Jay-Z saw something in the talent of the creative West, and the two decided to in 2011 an album: ‘Watch The Throne’. Although the collaboration was a great success, and praised as the best hip-hopsamenwerking from the history, told Jay-Z that they often clashed about which songs eventually on the plate would end up. He also confessed that he their friendship previously saw as something that mainly on their collaboration, something zakelijks, based. And that last was not in good earth in the West.

Jay-Z’s words, yet something had loosened up with Kanye, revealed when last in 2007, the song ‘Big Brother’ came out. Where the song is largely a tribute to his big brother, Jay-Z, West also criticized Carter.
