“the united nations has so far managed to get 21 percent of the total man appealed for international. Oxfam, together with its partners Save the Children, Care and Cosaca so far only 30 per cent of the funding needed for the rescue of the 450 000 people who you want to help.”

“at the same time, now have 4 600 cholera cases found in the densely populated areas in and around the city of Beira, anything that can be done only water, latrines and hygiene again can be made secure and work, says Wagner, who also visited the Buzi, the area hit hardest. Where has Oxfam set up a local office.”

“– It looked like a war zone, everything is brown, most of the trees have fallen down, where it once stood houses are just scattered piles of debris. Latrinerna have been washed away and much of the water has been infected. This is a very dangerous area when it comes to outbreak of diseases.”
