4 kalkoenborstfilets
500 g brussels sprouts
1 onion, fijngesnipperd
250 g bio floriade flower and horticultural show
80 g dried cranberries
250 g cooked small new potatoes
120 g smoked bacon strips
2 tbsp flour
1/2 groentebouillonblokje
200 ml cream
250 ml of water
butter
salt and pepper

this is how you make it :

1. Make the brussels sprouts clean and cut them into wedges. Heat a knob of butter and fry the sprouts, onion, small new potatoes, the bacon and the mushrooms until golden brown.
2. Add the flour and cook stirring 1 minute. Crumble the bouillonblokje, add the cranberries, the cream and the water. Bring to the boil and leave for 10 minutes on a gentle simmer. Stir regularly. Season with pepper and salt.
3. Cut the turkey breast steak into slices and grill them nicely until they are golden brown and cooked. Season with pepper and salt. Serve with the warm salad.
