Exactly what bad figures, Donald Trump is referring to is unclear. Last week was published a measurement from the Utah Policy, which shows that 56 percent of Utah voters are ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ satisfied with Mitt romney’s efforts as a senator. It is an improvement compared to march, when the figure was 36 percent.
A recent measurement from CNN shows that 38 percent of americans are satisfied with Trumps efforts as president. This is a decrease of seven percent compared to the month before. Sunday showed a different measurement from the Hinckley Institute of Politics, to only 32 percent in Utah think that the country’s government has handled the outbreak of the coronavirus well.
According to Kasper Grotle Rasmussen, who is an associate professor at the Center for American Studies at the University of Southern denmark, it is not unusual that Donald Trump is coming with inaccurate information.
– In this way will he, perhaps, exactly, that we wonder what he thinks or what numbers we are talking about. I’m certainly not sure what it means, ” says Kasper Grotle Rasmussen, who stresses that he has not read tweetet.
Kasper Grotle Rasmussen explains that Mitt Romney and Donald Trumps relationship is anything but good. Mitt Romney voted among other things, yes, that Trump had exercised an abuse of power under the rigsretssagen.
– Their relationship is terrible. It is clear, not at all good. Mitt Romney is the most prominent of all the ‘anti-Trumps’. He asked neither about the Trumps support for its senatorkampagne, says Kasper Grotle Rasmussen.
He believes that the tweetet is an example of that there was no middle ground is for Trump, when it comes to disagreements.
– For Trump it’s often the case that all political disagreement is assumed to be personal resistance. If not, you are 100 percent agree, it will be perceived as if you are going for the throat. There is no middle ground, ” says Kasper Grotle Rasmussen.
