Fresh every day, the less you have to wash after a party dinner, the better. And also: the more dessert, the better. Just why are these edible sundaes — actually tubs of cookie dough with chocolate — a genius. What do you need? (12 sections)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250 g flour, sifted
70 g brown sugar
35 g white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
110 g butter, melted
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped
a few sprigs of mint
12 scoops of ice cream of your choice

this is how you make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, the brown and the white sugar and the salt. Mix well.
2. Beat the egg and the vanilla sugar under the melted butter. Pour this to the flour mixture and mix to a firm dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Knead the dough and mix in the chopped chocolate covered. Roll it out to about 3 mm thick. Stitch with a round uitsteekvorm circles. Times a metal muffinvorm, butter the outside and place each circle of dough on the outside of each muffinvorm. Press slightly to. Put 15 minutes in the oven.
4. Let the cookies (coupjes) cool first and remove them with a short, carefully remove the ramekins. Fill them with a scoop of ice cream and finish off with some chopped nuts and a sprig of mint.
