Style From Burberry to Celine, it seems like every major fashion house in the new year with a fresh start want to start off by their logo change. The most recent name in the list is Balmain. For the first time in 70 years the Parisian fashion house, a new logo was proposed.
During the presentation of the pre-fall 2019 collection of Balmain presented the creative director Olivier Rousteing the new logo of the brand. Design Adult Adult did away with the old look and feel of the fashion house and presented instead a more minimalist logo that is more modern touch.
New era
“I’m already more than 8 years the creative director of this fashion brand, Savoybetting and I’m certainly not of the principle that traditions and rules needs to break out just because it can,” said Rousteing in a press release. “But times change. Balmain is a fast-growing fashion brand that social media needs to communicate with the customers all over the world. To meet this challenge in a fresh way, we reveal therefore a new logo for Balmain Paris.”
