An American neo-Nazi has been sentenced for the murder of a protester in Charlottesville to life imprisonment. This Penalty against the 21-Year-old James Fields was according to US media reports, imposed on Tuesday by a court in the city of in the state of Virginia.
Fiels was in August 2017 on the edge of a preparation of right-wing extremists with his car into a group of counter-demonstrators. A 32-year-old woman was killed and several people injured.
A Jury had found Fields already at the last Friday of murder, serious bodily injury and hit-and-run guilty.

The parade of neo-Nazis and other racists in Charlottesville had in the world hit the headlines – mainly because US President, Donald Trump shortly thereafter, the behavior of right-wing extremists and counter-demonstrators equated and of the “violence on many sides”.
Fields had argued in the nearly two-week process, on the innocent. His defenders argued that her client was in a panic and had “his life to be feared”.
Fields was driven from his home town of Maumee, in the state of Ohio to Charlottesville to participate in the March under the slogan “Unite the Right Rally” (rally for the unification of the Right). In the process shown in the video recordings Fiels involved in racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic chants.
