Just now settled in the major international beauty pageant Miss Universe in Bangkok, Thailand, where beauties from all over the world compete for dear life.

And some times run with impure trot. It so, among other things, on a instagram-live video, where the three participants Miss USA, Sarah Rose Summers; Miss Colombia, Valeria Morales, and Miss Australia, Francesca Hung sat and talked about the international beauty pageant.

And here put the 24-year-old Miss USA in a negative way focus on its two other competitors H’Go Nie from Vietnam and the Rern Sinat from Cambodia.

It writes multiple media including the magazine Elle, as well as Fox News

In the video you can hear the Miss USA to say the following:

‘What do you think about Miss Vietnam Nie? She is so sweet and seems like she is really good at English. And if you ask her a question, after you have had a long conversation, so nod and she just smiles, explains Miss USA and doing at the same time a little parody of the nodding and smiling Nie from Vietnam.

Later in the video talks Miss USA is also on the Miss Cambodia Rern Sinat and says the following:

‘Miss Cambodia is here, and she doesn’t speak a word of English, and there is not a single person here who speaks her language. Can you picture it?, says Miss USA, who ends by saying: – Poor Cambodia.

the Video has gone viral on social media, where many have expressed their great disappointment with Miss USA, which will be called xenofobisk and fremmedhadende.

Miss USA has subsequently placed a notice out on instagram, where she apologize for his statements and explain the matter. Here she writes among other things:

‘In a moment where I tried to express it against some of my sisters have, I said something, which I now realize can be understood as being a lack of respect, and I apologize. My life, my friendships and my career is built around the fact that I am a passionate and empathetic woman. I would never intentionally harm or hurt another human being. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with Miss Vietnam and Miss Cambodia on this matter. It is that which matters most’.

@MissUniverse is an opportunity for women from around the world to learn about each other’s cultures, life experiences, and views. We all come from different backgrounds and can grow alongside one another. In a moment where I intended to admire the courage of a few of my sisters, I said something that I now realize can be perceived as not respectful, and I apologize. My life, friendships, and career revolve around me being a compassionate and empathetic woman. I would never intend two hurt another. I am grateful for the opportunities to speak with Night, Miss Cambodia, and H’to Go, Miss Vietnam, directly about this experience. These are the moments that matter most to me.
