the UNITED states has raffled off a bounty of a million dollars – 6,5 million pounds for information leading to the apprehension of Osama bin Laden’s son, Hamza.
It informs the u.s. state department on its website.
Hamza bin Laden, 29, has been a prominent leader in the network al-Qaeda, which his father founded three decades ago.
Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan in may 2011, as u.s. elite forces stormed his hideout.
Hamza bin Laden is already wanted as an international terrorist. He has appeared on both audio and videotapes with messages to attack the UNITED states and its allies.
Al-Qaeda was behind the terrorist attacks against the UNITED states 11. september 2001, when about 3000 people were killed. The terrorist organisation has also carried out bloody attacks in a number of other countries.
Hamza bin Laden, who, according to the americans are born in Saudi Arabia in 1989, was officially declared a member of al-Qaeda in 2014.
Already the year after he called on an audio tape his followers to commit acts of terrorism in the west.
– We will continue to hit you in your countries and abroad, in response to your oppression of The Palestinian Autonomy, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia and the rest of the muslim countries, it said in a 21-minutes long speech with the title ‘We are all Osama’.
Hamza bin Laden was at his father’s side in Afghanistan before the terrorist attacks against the UNITED states in 2001. He also spent time with his father, as al-Qaeda were forced to flee from Afghanistan.
Osama bin Laden was the father of at least 23 children, as he had several different wives.
