It is not many days since, that Ipswich manager Paul Lambert could tell that the Danish Jonas Knudsen has decided to look for a new club in this transfervindue.

Jonas Knudsen’s early exit also explains why the 22-year-old Myles Kenlock in the past two matches have given a chance from the start in the left forsvarsside, and if the team disappear, is venstreback-the position is now completely covered into.

the Championship club informs that you have downloaded the 23-year-old australian Callum Elder to the club from Leicester City on a lease for the remainder of the season:

– I am very pleased that we have picked Callum to already. He gives us more competition at the position. He is a skilled player with a good venstrefod, and he would like to come here, which is important for me.

– We need players who want to come here and play for this club, says Paul Lambert on the transfer to the club’s website.

Ipswich manager is thus also quickly managed to get the replacement for Carter, as he previously announced:

– Myles (Kenlock red.) has made it great, but I also need to pick up a second to the position, if Jonas (Knudsen ed.) leaving us. But I must stress that Jonas has been absolutely amazing for training, and that there are no problems with his engament. I will just have to deal with what should happen if he slips, said Paul Lambert the other day for the Ipswich Star.

the Approach of Callum Elder can therefore very well open up for a soon-to-Ipswich-exit Jonas Knudsen, although nothing, however, seems to be fallen in place yet.

Jonas Knudsen has played in the Ipswich Town since 2015, where he came to from Esbjerg. He has his contract with the Championship club for the summer.
