I was very fan of a program called “Web Therapy”, which was a nettserie that Lisa Kudrow from “Friends” made, saying Vågenes to the Newspaper.
“Web Therapy” began as a nettserie on the network LStudio.com in 2008, and was picked up by Showtime in 2011. Lisa Kudrow known as Phoebe Buffay from sitcomen “Friends”, playing Fiona Wallice, a livstrett psychologist who has skrota 50-minutterstimene with the patients because she feels it gives them too much time to “to rant about irrelevant things”.

In “Web Therapy” we meet several of Kudrows “Friends”-colleagues in the roles as patients. Among other figures Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing) as an alcoholic lystløgner, who claims that he has been sober for a long time.
When Wallice points out that the patient has a bar full of bottles standing right behind him, he replies that it is because he “incessantly being asked to baptize the ship”.
the Character is probably partially based on Perry himself, who struggled with substance abuse until he was sober in 2001.
On the digital divanen meetings we also have Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani) and Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), not to talk about the Oscar-winner Meryl Streep, who plays a competing therapist.
Showtime opted to cancel the program in 2015, and the series ‘ fifth and final season was shown only on the web. In august this year came, however, the british remaken “Hang Ups”, with actor Stephen Manganese in the lead role as Dr. Richard Pitt. Among the patients of his we find among others, actor Richard E. Grant, known from “Game of Thrones”.
