the Author of the ‘Harry Potter’books, J. K. Rowling, ended up in a big shitstorm on the social media Twitter, after she has come up with an opinion, which can be considered as being transfobisk.
The british author made the other day in a tweet, where she writes that the menstruating part of the population only referred to as women. It has sparked a big debate, where the more followers and fans believe that she exclude the group of transkvinder, who are born as men.
They call her both ’transfobisk’ and ‘disrespectful’.

‘I’m sure that there used to be a word for these people. Help me, one or the other’, wrote the author on Twitter, where she fished for the word, ‘women’.

J. K Rowling has not even apologised for her lookup. But her unfortunate tweet has scored Daniel Radcliffe, who played Harry Potter in the film adaptation of J. K Rowling’s books, to the keys.
He has issued a comment through the LGBTQ organization The Trevor Project’ in a blog post, in which he takes distance from the author’s opinion.
In this blog post. apologize for that he on the author’s behalf to the many fans who love the incredibly popular Harry Potter films. He hopes not, that it’s going to affect their views on the films.
‘I’m so sorry about the pain, the comments have left behind. I really hope not to lose what was valuable in the stories for you’, writes Daniel Radcliffe.
