Quartier pickling are the last places in the unfussy gastronomy. Here is a special spirit prevails – it also shows our series. food: Antipasti, Osso Buco, Zuppa inglese: Here it is with the Pride of Italian Gastronomy cooked. We chose AU gratin: rolled aubergines with Mozzarella, tomato sauce and Basil, the attendant will order the Appetizer next Time as a main dish. Then house-made Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms – heavenly. Follow it: squid, served warm flavored mashed potatoes served, and Cacciucco alla livornese. In Livorno, the fish made soup with what remains of the fishermen from the fishing, namely residues – here you have given the chef the Best: sea bass, Calamari, mussels, shrimps.
