NEW YORK (Dagbladet): on Thursday evening was the vote ready. Janet Jackson, Def Leppard, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, The Cure, Roxy Music and The Zombies are now in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They all want to formally become members of the exclusive club during a ceremony in march, reports the Associated Press.

These artists have thus ended up in the company of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and the other of the very greatest in rock.

the Brother of Janet Jackson, Michael’s, and his band the Jackson 5 are already members of the world’s æresgalleri. She has had a long and successful career, but experienced a downturn after the famous scandal in the pauseshowet during the Super Bowl in 2004 when she showed one of her breasts. According to the statutes, she has been eligible to become a member of the Hall of Fame since 2007, but it was only in 2016, she was nominated for the first time.

Stevie Nicks is already a member of the celebrity-studded club as a part of the band Fleetwood Mac. Now, she is also a member as a solo artist.

Def Leppard got more than a half million votes from the fans. Votes from fans will determine who gets to be members together with the votes from a group of artists, historians, and musikkindustritopper.

The other nominees in the year, which did not reach up were LL Cool J, Peel, Rage Against the Machine, MC5, John Prine, Todd Rundgren, and Kraftwerk.
