‘Who can afford it?’
The question there are probably many people who ask themselves, when they see houses put up for sale for prices in the 30 to 40 million kroners-class.
But when it comes to the most expensive house so far have been sold this year, the answer is quite unique: It has erhvervsmanden behind sportsmærket Hummel – Christian Stadil – as many of you probably also know from his space in the tv programme ‘Lion’s den’.
According to the just-secured households, it is in fact a company owned by the Stadil, who has paid 35,5 million. kr. for a property on Svanemøllevej on the border between Hellerup and Østerbro in Copenhagen.

For the price there is talk about the hitherto most expensive traded house in Denmark in 2019. It informs men study.dk

Gentofte and Copenhagen Municipality are the two places in the country, where the houses in the first quarter went for the highest average per square meter.
Here are house buyers in 2019 namely paid respectively 47.554 and 42.099 dollars per. square meters.
Next comes the forstadskommuner as, Lyngby-Taarbæk, Gladsaxe and Rudersdal, where the year-now the second most expensive households took place at the Hotel in Vedbæk.
It is only a million and a half that separates the two trades – Vedbæk-the villa changed, namely the hands in the beginning of the year for 34 million.
