Now he must pay a huge fine and not allowed to leave his home for the night.

the 65-year-old John Llewellyn Jones was 17. July 2018 in the southwest English town of Weston-super-Mare, when he’s out on the pedestrian stood and enjoyed a serving of French fries.
Suddenly, a seagull flying against him and nibbled some of his precious French fries. He was quickly grabbed hold of the gull’s leg and smashed it into a wall. Seagull died on the spot.
Several shocked people stood open-mouthed and observed the barbaric murder. They phoned shortly after to the police.
John Llewellyn Jones, has since the incident denied the guilty of all the charges against him, but according to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, which is a law that protects the birds against people doing harm to them, the welsh man now known guilty in to kill and the pelican.
It was settled Thursday in court.

John Llewellyn, has been sentenced to 12 weeks ‘ curfew between the hours of 20 and 8 must pay 6500 dollars fine and in addition pay 700 dollars for a offerfond.
