It is usually a pleasure to be nominated for an Oscar, but this year, at least, has a mother who is very excited for the big show. It writes the BBC.
In the category of best short film is the film ‘Detainment’ nominated, and it’s about the murder of Denise Fergus’s two-year-old son, who was murdered by two ten-year boys.
the Film reproduces the police interviews with the two young boys by using the original transcripts from the interrogations.
‘I can’t express how disgusting and disturbing it is, that this here so-called movie has been nominated for an Oscar’, a mother has tweetet.

the Film is made by the irish director Vincent Lambe, who has previously apologized for not making it clear to Denise Fergus, that the film would be nominated. He has also apologised for, if the film has upset her.
Throughout the film recreates the time, before the two boys beat the young James Bulger to death.

More than 90,000 people have already signed a proposal that one should remove the film from the nomination.
Denise Fergus has in a tv interview told that she does not believe the director has made the film for the right reasons.
– I really think that it should be removed. It deserves not an Oscar, and he (the instructor, ed.) just trying to build up his career by using others ‘ grief.
– I hope people will boycott the film, because I think it would be made, and not without contacting family.
the Instructor has the defence that he believes it is an important film to understand, how two young boys have been able to commit such a terrible crime.
And I would like to add that the film is not made to earn money. No one involved in the project has made it to earn it, he told BBC News.
