Decreed a japanese research, conducted by scholars at the University of Hyogo in Awaji and published in the journal HortTechnology, that demonstrates how the potted plants can increase the mental health of the employees. In particular, it has been observed that the anxiety decreases significantly with the active interaction (observing and caring for the plant) with respect to interaction with the passive (choice and placement of the plant) in each age group, and employment of the sample of subjects considered.
